Website Project Terms

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Domain fees, hosting, paid plugins, premium themes, payment gateways, subscriptions, stock images, fonts, software licences, email hosting and external platform fees are not included unless clearly stated in writing.

Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs are not included in the project price unless clearly stated in writing. These include domain registration, hosting subscriptions, email hosting, payment gateway fees, paid plugins, premium themes, stock images, paid fonts, software licences, external platform subscriptions, booking tools, WhatsApp tools and analytics tools.

Third-party costs may require 100% upfront payment. The client may pay third-party providers directly, or pay NCL upfront before NCL purchases or sets up the service.

Naledi Creative Labs is not responsible for third-party outages, price changes, billing failures, account restrictions, policy changes, platform limitations or service interruptions.

Third-party subscriptions are not part of NCL monthly costs and are billed separately by their providers, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Client Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing all required content, images, business details, product details, login information, policy information and approvals on time. Delays in providing content, feedback, approvals or payments may delay the project timeline.

Multilingual Websites

If the client requires a multilingual website, the client must provide the final translated copy for each additional language unless professional translation or copywriting is separately quoted and accepted.

Naledi Creative Labs may assist with layout and upload of multilingual content, but NCL is not responsible for the accuracy, legal correctness, spelling, grammar or meaning of translated content supplied by the client.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed separately.

Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and depend on the timely provision of content, feedback, and approvals. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or by delayed client input.

Ownership and Launch

Full ownership of the final website transfers to the client once all outstanding payments are settled. The website is handed over on completion of final payment and sign-off.
